Fancy a tipple? Oh go on, why not. To help celebrate Burns Night, the Singapore Whisky Society will play host to an evening of Scottish cuisine, jovial chatter and some of the greatest drops of whisky the world has to offer. Whisky expert Andrew Skene is responsible for piecing together a magnificent four course dinner menu, including wild mushroom soup, herb crusted salmon and Angus tenderloin, each course of which has been coupled up with a variety of single malt Scotch whisky: Bladnoch 1992, Glencraig 1974 and Jura 1995 will all be doing the rounds. BYO a healthy appetite.
