Specials include the wagyu beef carpaccio with shaved white truffle, truffle dressing and micro herbs ($68), a homemade taglierini pasta with white truffle and aged parmesan ($72). To put a sweet cap to things and find out the rare fungus' versatility in dessert, try the poached vanilla pear with honey truffle, Ferrero chocolate mousse, mascarpone and shaved white truffle ($45). All specials come with five grams of shaved white truffle.
