For $25, treat yourself to chawanmushi with a twist as it is steamed with crabmeat and topped with white truffle shavings. Or pair the truffles with some asparagus risotto with peppered Pecorino cheese ($22). You can also bring home some of the freshly shaved white truffle at $26 per two grams.
