Heads up! We’re working hard to be accurate – but these are unusual times, so please always check before heading out.
The menu depends on seasonal ingredients from nearby markets, but expect a range of barbecued seafood, local cuisine and tropical fruits. If privacy's important, arrange for a picnic hamper and catch a speedboat to one of the secluded islets nearby. To watch the sun go down, head to Yogi's Beach Bar or the Sunset Lounge with a cocktail in hand.
Nikoi's great for couples who prefer exploring to lazing around. Try rock climbing, mountain biking or trekking – there are a few trails to check out. Nature lovers can make your way down to the rock pools around the reef at low tide, or request for a guided walk.
There's the usual line-up of water sports: snorkelling, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding. Or if you're an experienced diver, swim amid wrecks and reefs, and feast your eyes on stingrays, octopuses and the occasional puffer fish.
Just bear in mind that the best time for these activities is from March to November.
