Artists and musicians are customising cereal boxes to raise money for youth mental health service ReachOut

We're suckers for using great art to raise money for great causes, and this ticks those boxes: How Do You Do Yours is a new project by youth mental health champions ReachOut, for which they've invited some of their famous friends and supporters – and some of our favourite artists and designers – to customise Weet-Bix boxes.

The one-off artworks will be auctioned via eBay to raise money for ReachOut, who provide an online mental health service targeted at young people having tough times.

Contributing artists include paper artist Benja Harney, botanical illustrator Adriana Picker, illustrator Rilla Alexander, Melbourne mixed-media artist Paul McCann, graphic artists Nathan Jurevicius and Paul Robertson, and typographic artist Will Lynes.

Also contributing are six-time world surfing champion Stephanie Gilmore, and musicians Damien Leith, Amber Lawrence and Reece Mastin, among others.

Head to The Design Residency on Fri Apr 22 from 10am-4pm to see the works in the flesh.

Bid on your favourite box via the online auction, which closes on Friday April 29 at 11am.
