The Clock Hotel is going all out and hosting an immersive cocktail party celebrating the ultimate apéritif – the Negroni. For one night only the balcony bar will be transformed into a luxe Italian cocktail haven.
You'll get to work your way through three of four custom Negronis – the Classic, the Negroni Royale, the Breakfast in Rome and the Smoked Chocolate Boulevardier. Head chef Joey Ashton will be on hand to prepare a huge charcuterie offering, replete with pickles, cheeses, smoked meats and more.
They'll also be carving out a huge Campari ice sculpture and they've recruited a burlesque performer to perform in what may be the largest Negroni on earth. Throw in a three-piece live band and you've got a near perfect cocktail party.
Can't make it but still want to get in on some apéritif action? All four of the special Negroni offerings will be available to purchase throughout the week, with $1 from each sold being donated to Oz Harvest.
Tickets are $50 and include three cocktails, food and entertainment.
