Time Out says

Australian comedians from diverse backgrounds will tackle awkward conversations about race, bigotry and equality

I’m Not Racist, But… started as an open, interactive conversation about racism in Australia in 2012. Since then, it has morphed into a comedy gig which lets Aussie stand-up comedians, writers and funny folk broach controversial and difficult topics to further discussions about problems ingrained in our society.

The group standing up includes actor Luke Carrol, Brisbane-based writer and actor David Woodhead, proud Murri woman and fast-rising comedy star Steph Tisdell, Indigenous comedian and actor from Wagga Wagga Dane Simpson, and Australian Sikh spoken word artist, educator and activist Sukhjit Kaur Khalsa. They’ll be sharing their satirical enlightenment at Giant Dwarf, discussing everything from colour-blindness to white-privilege and race relations in Australia.
