Time Out says

Kids can dig through a full day of hands-on dinosaur-themed activities and games

Meet Mr Stegosaurus and the misunderstood Tyrannosaurus Rex at this all-day paleontology workshop. Kids always go wild for the intriguing fossils and often terrifying recreations of prehistoric giants at the Australian Museum, and these school holidays they can spend a full day learning about those big old lizards the dinosaurs.

They’ll be guided through workshops and interactive games by palaeontologist doctor Matt McCurry, and learn plenty along the way about his big prehistoric friends. A day in the Museum lab is best suited to kids aged 8-12.
