Time Out says

Two former Mental as Anything band members headline this bushfire benefit gig at the Marrickville Bowlo

Rock Against Racism Australia has joined forces with Turbo Nun Entertainment Group for this concert-for-a-cause on January 31. Heading up the bill are Dog Trumpet, comprising brothers (and Mental as Anything alumni) Reg Mombassa and Peter O'Doherty, along with two-thirds of veteran pub rock band the Johnnys. Other acts include nine-piece R&B act the Fever Pitch, surf rockers Los Monaros, punk band Operation Ibis, Tex-Mex rockers the Mezcaltones, rock 'n' roll band Smitty and B. Goode, and garage-punk group the Escapes.

Tickets are just $20 and all the proceeds from the night will be split between three worthy causes: WIRES, the families of NSW firefighters who lost their lives battling the blazes, and the Mogo Local Aboriginal Land Council whose community has been devastated by the South Coast fires.
