Manly Wine is pulling out all the stops this Mother's Day to ensure you and your mum have a relaxed and fun day. Situated just metres from the ocean and the beautiful Manly beach, Manly Wine will host a luxe three course lunch on Sun May 13.
You'll start your meal with a series of shared starters including roasted chicken and tarragon terrine; mushroom poppers with black garlic aioli; a cured salmon and potato tartlet; and golden triple pork sausage roll.
For your main you'll get to choose from the likes of poached chicken breast with a herby quinoa tabouli; grilled sirloin steak with roasted garlic butter and kipfler potatoes; gold band snapper fillet with lemon mash, baby truss tomatoes, and tarragon bisque. You'll finish the meal off on a sweet note with a series of shared desserts including flourless chocolate cake, macaroons, peach tartlets and walnut brownies with salted caramel gelato.
Meals are also available for under 12-year-olds, making the outing a great option for all kinds of families and mums.
