Sprocket

Part laboratory, warehouse and rumpus room, Sprocket café is many thing to many folks. Tea freaks come for London Fog (Earl Grey, steamed milk and vanilla), kids fizz for Pineapple Express hot chocolates, and bean fiends exult about Guillermo (double ristretto with lime). Best of all, it’s all carbon neutral (the roaster runs on biofuel), there are take-home tins and a full “Suspended Coffee” ledger. Cute and kind.
