Father's Day might look a little different this year, but there are still stacks of ways to show your dad you care. The coffee and café gurus at St Ali have been working behind the scenes to make sure you've got something special for dad this September. Forget socks and mugs: these gifts are second only to that macaroni picture frame you made your dad when you were five (and they're considerably tastier too).

Here's six super gifts to get your dad this Father's Day.

St Ali has collaborated with Mr Black again to create a single-origin coffee liqueur straight from Peru's mountain ranges. The coffee used in the St Ali x Mr Black Coffee Liqueur is sourced solely from the farm of Apolinar Arevalo in San Jose Lourdes, Peru. Expect a refined liqueur with delicate red fruit notes and a sugarcane sweetness.

Price: $70.

Perfect for dads... who are always looking for something special to add to their home bar.

If your dad thinks he knows his Negronis then prepare to colour him surprised. St Ali bottles expertly balanced Negronis that are made using cascara – a tea-like drink made from the fruit of the coffee plant. It's then infused into Melbourne Gin Company gin and combined with Maidenii Sweet Vermouth, Campari and bottled up ready to be enjoyed over ice (orange twist optional).

Price: $30.

Perfect for dads... who like the idea of an aperitif, but never have the time.

St Ali makes these stylish 200ml bottled cocktails a little differently. The team uses whisky instead of vodka (it adds flavour), which they add to real espresso made from their Orthodox blend and throw in a splash of Mr Black coffee liqueur for sweetness. Perfect for a Saturday night in or out.

Price: $30.

Perfect for dads... who are happy to hit the clubs (virtual or otherwise) with you.

You dad can recreate the American diner experience at home with the Moccamaster. The handcrafted coffee brewer is made in the Netherlands and comes in a variety of colours. In a matter of minutes dad can be sitting down to a fresh cup of filter coffee and pretend he's miles away.

Price: $399.

Perfect for dads... who are always talking about taking an American road trip.

Turns out you can improve on perfection. St Ali have taken mayo – the king of condiments – and kicked it up a notch by spiking it with Bobby's gin. The result is a balanced, slightly botanical mayonnaise that's 2 per cent alcohol and perfect slathered on sandwiches, burgers and fries.

Price: $15.

Perfect for dads... who fancy themselves a contender for MasterChef

If your dad is ready to get serious about his daily cup of Joe, and money's no object, then you might want to consider buying him La Marzocco Linea Mini. The Linea Mini is the smaller (but just as good) version of the Italian Marzocco Classic, a favourite with professional baristas. If you do decide to lean into your dad's coffee habit this Father's Day, St Ali will also throw in a 24-month coffee subscription so dad won't have to worry about buying beans for two years.

Price: $5,990.

Perfect for dads... who are always saying "I could make that at home".
