Time Out says

Create art while you enjoy a boozy brunch with spectacular city views at this Potts Point rooftop bar

Brunch is already a meal adored by Sydneysiders: it allows for a slight sleep-in, makes cocktails before midday an acceptable activity and often comes in gargantuan portions. But at the Butler's leafy rooftop terrace, they’re taking it up a notch.

At Brunch and Sip, you get to enjoy a Latin American-inspired mid-morning feast while you learn to sketch and paint stunning city skyline views and sip unlimited cocktails for two hours. The arty part of the affair is being run by illustrator Sally Spratt, who’ll help you create a piece inspired by the glorious view of the city from the Butler’s lofty position. She’ll also lead a discussion about start-up business management based on her own creative ventures.

Brunch will be a fill-your-own-plate situation at grazing stations, but the cocktails will be expertly shaken and stirred by pros. Get hydrated with four different citrusy Lillet mixtures. Start with a classic strawberry, mint and cucumber-infused Spritz followed by a tropical, savoury version (salted passionfruit and rosemary will be a flavour adventure). Next, sip a Lillet Paloma with grapefruit soda and basil, and finish with a special Sangria made with Lillet Rouge, ginger beer and oranges.

The $120 price tag may seem a little steep, but with all your art materials, food and two hours of bottomless booze included in the price, we’re sure you can make the most of your morning here.
