Time Out says

Seven dishes, seven creamy orbs of cheese for dinner

Are you powerless to resist the allure of a snow-white orb of mozzarella filled with stracciatella and cream? You are not alone, and you're about to get all the burrata you can handle when Salt Meats Cheese hosts their burrata night on Tuesday October 20. Each of the four Sydney venues will be offering a one-night only menu dedicated to burrata, with seven dishes starring the diva cheese. There's a spaghetti carbonara capped with a burrata; gnocchi alla Sorrentina also features a crown jewel ready to be cut open and mixed through the potato dumplings cooked in tomato sauce. A mortadella pizza cradles a whole cheese amongst soft folds of pink deli ham, and they're even crumbing and deep-frying a burrata for extra calorific points. You can choose five dishes for $79, or you can order individually for $19. Or go all out and get all seven and split them amongst your curds-loving crew.
