Summer is nearly over, but if you're not ready to rug up and head inside just yet we've got good news. There's a pop-up, open-air gin garden setting up in the Botanic Gardens for the first two weeks in March.
The Project Botanicals interactive dining experience has proven so popular that they have added a Bombay Sapphire harbourside gin bar to the offering so that you can try the botanical cocktails inspired by the flavours in gin for $12 a pop. Head here Thursdays through Sundays for a picnic on the lawns outside the Botanic Garden Restaurant (enter the gardens through Henry Lawson Gate for the easiest access).
There will be live music on weekends and DJs during the week so that you can make the most of the good weather while it lasts – those April showers are going to hit before you know it.
