As we’re still in those first few optimistic weeks of the year, you may well still be on the wagon of your healthy new year’s resolutions. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that your fitness ambitions aren’t likely to survive much longer, as a festival dedicated to gooey, salty, drool-worthy melted cheese is coming to the Fernery in Mosman from February 1.
There will be a limited-edition menu heroing all things fromage, from gut-bustingly rich snacks to dreamy, creamy desserts, and silky, cheese-drenched mains such as whole baked camembert drizzled with honey and roasted nuts or four cheese mac’n’cheese.
And because nothing goes better with cheese than a great glass of vino, there will also be a carefully selected wine list to complement your eats, including rosé from the Hunter Valley and Lonson Champaign.
Entry is free and walk-ins are welcome, so stock up on Gaviscon, say goodbye to your waistline, and run don’t walk to the leafy rooftop at the Fernery, where this cheesy-palooza will be on offer throughout February.
