It's been just six years since Electric Zoo first launched at Randall's Island—but in that short space of time, the three-day Labor Day weekend festival has become an unmissable attraction on the electronic-dance-music circuit, attracting EDM fans from around the world. This year's lineup is as heavy on the superstar-DJ action as you'd expect—David Guetta, Armin van Buuren and Nicky Romero are just a few of the big names on hand—but there will be plenty of less bombastic sounds for those looking for something more underground from the fest. And yes, plenty of eye-grabbing outfits, too. If you're not feeling 100% on that neon tutu, check out our guide to the best festival clothing for summer.

Electric Zoo 2014: Day by day

Electric Zoo 2014: Day One

It's baaack. Made Event's electronic-dance-music juggernaut Electric Zoo is coming out swinging, with big room–busting heavy-hitters like David Guetta, A-Trak and Zeds Dead, plus underground vets like Behrouz, indie darlings a la Jamie xx and Bonobo, and rising talents like Hot Since 82 and Gorgon City. Visit electriczoofestival.com for the full lineup.

Electric Zoo 2014: Day Two

The megafest continues with another massive assemblage of electronic-dance-music talent: Armin Van Buuren, Laidback Luke, Madeon, Danny Tenaglia, Keys N Krates, Benny Bennassi, Pete Tong, Moon Boots, Sasha—honestly, the mind boggles. Here's our advice: Check out the full lineup at electriczoofestival.com beforehand, and plan your approach (there's a nifty online tool that lets you create your own lineup). Once that's settled, grab your sunglasses (and ear plugs—your ears will thank you), and off you go.

Kaskade, Dash Berlin, Victor Calderone, the Magician, the Chainsmokers, Josh Wink, Been Trill and many, many (seriously, many) more will be on hand to ensure that you close out the weekend with a bang.
