BSIFF is a non for profit creating global connections through film and helping to bridge the gap between African cinema and the world.

BSIFF is the key initiative of Black Star International Film Institute - a not for profit focused on creating global connections through film. The festival's goal is to help bridge the gap between African cinema and the world. The theme for this year's festival is 'For the young at heart'. 

30 films from 45 different countries. 

Opening night will be held 18 August at Silverbird Cinema at Accra Mall. The opening film will be award winning 'Moonlight' and the closing film will be 'A United Kingdom'

20 GHC for one film, 50 GHC for all day pass.
