In its sixth year, the African Legends Night is set to be once again celebrate the greats, with many big acts performing. Those lucky enough to grab a ticket will get to see Kanda Bongo Man headline the show. Other musicians include Daddy Lumba and Amakye Dede.
Kanda Bongo, from the Congo, is a leader in soukous music. It is thanks to him for addictive guitar solos after each verse or at the beginning of a song. He is known for the Kwassa Kwassa dance rhythm. A legend indeed.
