Lord of the Wings is a large worldwide chain that now boasts a presence in Ghana. The name makes it fairly obvious what it serves: wings. Really good wings. Choose one of their 15 signature sauces, from ‘honey mustard’ at the tamer end to ‘Buffalo Suicide’, a fierce relish that needs little explanation.
