Bricklive Queen Sirikit National Convention Center; 10am; B350

Spend the day in a place where everything is created from millions of Lego bricks as the Bangkok edition of the UK-born BrickLive popup theme park opens this month at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Build your own Lego castle before hopping around the various themed zones such as Star Wars and Ninjago.

Celebrating the National Glass Plate Negatives Recognised as a Unesco Memory of the World National Gallery; 9am; free

Exhibiting memories of a time gone by, the National Archives collection takes you back to the age of Siam and chronicles the many metamorphoses the ancient city endured from 1855 to 1935 (Rama IV to Rama Vll). A collection of royal photographic glassplate negatives and original prints from the Royal Vajirayana Library was recently recognized by the UNESCO as a “Memory of the World,” and these century-old images have been put on display for the first time.

Soap Making by Recycling Cooking Oil The Commons; 10:30am; B500

The Commons will be hosting a workshop to teach you how to make soap by recycling cooking oil to promote sustainability and the importance of recycling. You will get to take a bottle of liquid soap you make back home.

Chéri is the first solo photography exhibition by Sirawit Kuwawattananont, a physics tutor and a professional photographer who won the Young Street Photography Contest 2017. Sirawit combines his two passions: science and street photography through a series of photos inspired by gravitation, dimensional analysis, and visible light spectrum.

Mediterranean-inspired tapas joint Kika drops a gay-themed tea dance party every Sunday afternoon, featuring drag shows, killer booze and loads of fun. In fact, it sounds like the perfect warm-up before crashing Sunday Gay Night at Maggie Choo’s.
