For weekdays, the restaurant offers three options of refreshing starters including grain salad, ceviche, and grilled pork jowl. Then, you can pick one of the three choices of main courses—seared Andaman sea bass, roasted chicken, and the recommended beef cheek pappardelle—followed by two options of classic French desserts: apple tatin and chocolate tart. The course is priced at B990++ per person.
Only for the weekend, the SkyBar proudly presents an awe-inspiring Seafood Platter starter, including freshly chucked fruits de mer. Priced at B1,490++, the course also offers the same options of main courses and desserts as the weekday meal.
