Best juice bars around Bangkok to beat the heat

Tastes like a treat, works like a health kick… what’s not to love!

The competition for your thirst this year has never been fiercer. Bangkok's juice bar scene has evolved from simple refreshment stops into full-blown lifestyle destinations – popping up across hip community malls and planting flags smack in the middle of the CBD.

With the self-care wave that's swept through 2026 showing absolutely zero signs of slowing, the battle isn't just being fought on flavour anymore. Juice bars are bringing their A-game on value, from wildly Instagrammable glassware to packing every single order with serious nutritional firepower.

So Time Out has done the rounds – and pulled together 10 juice bar landmarks that cover all the bases: healthy, refreshing and downright cool.

1. Oh Juice

What is it? A premium smoothie bar spun off from beloved salad chain Oh Kaju, with a singular focus on blending organic produce and superfoods into vivid, nutrient-dense drinks that manage to taste as good as they look.

Why we love it: The obsessive sourcing is what sets it apart. We're talking specially graded fruits and genuinely unexpected toppings that are almost identical to someone bottled an organic garden and handed it to you.

Time Out tip: The signature ‘ocean n earth’ has been a cult favourite for good reason – but the latest addition, applekiss takeover, deserves just as much attention. It's built around rare Kissabel apples sourced from Europe and is very, very delicious.

Oh Juice has multiple locations across Bangkok, with the flagship at Central Lad Phrao. Check the branch nearest you on Instagram: ohjuice.thailand

2. Boost Juice Bars

What is it? The iconic Australian smoothie chain – fluorescent green branding and all – has made itself thoroughly at home in Bangkok. The menu is vast, the customisation options are thoughtful and whatever health goal you're chasing, there's likely a drink here built for it.

Why we love it: Consistency. No matter which branch you walk into, the drink you know and love is waiting. There's a solid energy and protein range for post-workout moments and the collectible merchandise is a nice bonus for those who are into that sort of thing.

Time Out tip: Watching calories? Head straight for the Refreshers. Want something that'll actually keep you full? The Protein Supreme has your back!

Multiple locations across Bangkok and at BTS/MRT stations. Find your nearest on Instagram: boostjuice.thailand.

  • Rattanakosin

What is it? A serious cold-pressed juice bar on Phra Athit road that doubles as one of the more charming photo spots in the neighbourhood. Everything here is pressed fresh with no added sugar, no water and no heat – just pure fruit and vegetable, straight into the glass. The classics are all here – mango, pineapple, carrot – but the real joy is in mixing your own combinations.

Why we love it: The honesty of the flavour. The green vegetable blends go down far more easily than you'd expect and there's a clean, light feeling afterwards – a genuine inner reset – that's hard to fake. Orange-Carrot is a beautiful balance of colour and taste, but if you want something photogenic and deeply refreshing, the Orange-Carrot-Beetroot trio is the one. The vibe is also relaxed and unfussy, with just a handful of outdoor seats and it's become a pilgrimage spot for the health-conscious among us.

Time Out tip: For days that feel a little depleted, the beetroot and carrot ‘liver detox’ blend brings you back into balance.

108 Phra Athit Rd, Chanasongkhram, Phra Nakhon. Open Wed-Sun, 12pm-6pm

4. Self Smoothie

What is it? A clean-eating smoothie bar that positions itself as an act of genuine self-care. Premium organic ingredients and superfoods anchor the menu, with a particular focus on drinks that support skin and digestion.

Why we love it: The texture is silky in a way that feels intentional – no gritty bits, no cloying aftertaste. And because the sweetness comes entirely from dates or fresh fruit rather than refined sugar, you can drink it without that twinge of guilt.

Time Out tip: Pair your smoothie with the granola if you're looking for a pre- or post-workout boost. It genuinely earns its health credentials.

Self Smoothie currently has eight key locations including EmSphere, Bangkok Kritha and True Digital Park. Find your nearest on Instagram: self.smoothie.

5. Jones’ Salad

What is it? Best known as the go-to for salad lovers, Jones’ Salad has built a serious drinks offering alongside it – running the full spectrum from affordable mixed fruit juices (starting at just B39) through to well-formulated cold-pressed bottles designed for on-the-go nutrition.

Why we love it: The transparency. Every drink comes with clear calorie counts and nutritional info. The ‘9 veggies blend’ brings kale and lemon together in a single bottle, while ‘wake me up with C’, with its avocado and chia seeds, manages to be both satisfying and refreshing – a proper midday saviour when things get hectic.

Time Out tip: On a rushed morning, grab a cold-pressed bottle the night before and chill it overnight. ‘You are my sunshine’ – packed with vitamin-rich carrot and pineapple – is an instant mood lift with zero caffeine!

Jones’ Salad has multiple locations across Bangkok. Check the branch nearest you on Instagram: jonessalad.

  • Ari

What is it? A cute little smoothie spot in GUMP’s Ari with a story to match. The name fuses juice and nice. The J gives a quiet shout to the family’s tamarind snack line, Jeed Jad.

Why we love it: Taking tamarind – a staple of Thai pantries – and spinning it into something that tastes entirely international is a proper achievement. The ‘tamarind splash’ finds that sweet-sour balance and is lifted by wild honey. For those who lean sweet, ‘strawberry yogurt biscoff’ offers a slightly sugary but indulgent layer of smoothie pleasure, layered with a special cream cheese that makes it almost too pretty to stir.

Time Out tip: Biscoff obsessives, this one's for you – the crumble topping is generous. Stir the cream cheese layers in slowly and enjoy watching it all come together.

Junice Smoothie, GUMP's Ari, Ari Samphan Soi 4 (North Side). Open daily, 10.30am-7.30pm

7. Woops

What is it? A small but mighty SME brand that's reframed what a smoothie bar can feel like. The name is borrowed from that satisfying slurp at the bottom of the glass and the whole place runs on bold colours and clean minimalist design.

Why we love it: The magic is in pairing familiar tropical fruits with premium superfoods so that each sip lands as something both lush and nourishing. Woops isn't trying to reinvent the wheel or dazzle you with a complicated fit-out. It's a straight-up everyday smoothie concept – unpretentious, welcoming and delicious. Every glass is also layered and coloured beautifully, which only hurts to stir.

Time Out tip: The seasonal menu is real exciting. Check the board at the bar – they rotate in limited-edition flavours based on whatever's at peak ripeness and, fyi, they don't hang around long. If something catches your eye, get it before it’s gone!

Woops Smoothie has four locations: EmSphere, Sathorn 11, Ace of Clubs and RSC. More info on Instagram: woops.smoothie

  • Sandwich shops
  • Ratchaprasong

What is it? Most people come here for the all-day breakfast – just thinking about the cloud-soft pancakes makes our mouths water – and that reputation is entirely deserved. But Griddle also runs a craft juice and smoothie bar that's brilliant in its own right. The drinks are engineered to act as a palate reset, cutting through the richness of cheese, bacon and hollandaise so you're ready for the next breakfast bite.

Why we love it: It's the fresh and balanced quality of the drinks that keeps us coming back. Rather than leaning purely on sweetness, the drinks here pull seasonal fruit together with fresh herbs and occasional bubbles of soda for a layered, lively effect. Nothing is overcomplicated – these are bright, clean drinks that wake you up in a way no coffee could ever manage.

Time Out tip: Order a berry smoothie and pair it with the pancakes. The tartness cuts through the doughy richness and makes the whole meal feel more complete.

Griddle Panini & Smoothie, President Tower Arcade, 973 Phloen Chit Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan. Open Mon-Sun, 8am-6pm

  • Saladaeng

What is it? A smoothie brand from the iberry Group that's just opened its first Bangkok outpost – having built its following at the Chiang Mai location – under the warm, easy motto ‘Gapple Up Your Day’. The idea is simple: good days shouldn't be complicated.

Why we love it: For where it sits, the price-to-quality ratio holds up. Drinks start at B85, made with homemade cashew milk and naturally sweetened with dates. It comes out light, clean and subtly proves that eating well does not have to cost more.

Time Out tip: Beyond the smoothies, Gapple also serves blended chicken breast for anyone who needs both a cold drink and a protein hit in the same stop.

Gapple, G/F, Dusit Central Park. Open daily, 10am-8pm

  • Juice bars
  • Silom

What is it? A cold-pressed juice and smoothie bar with a name that has nothing to do with the actor – positioned just a short walk from BTS Sala Daeng and ideal for a quick cold drink before diving into the organised chaos of the Silom area.

Why we love it: You can build your own blend, choosing up to five fruits and toppings. Or if the thinking feels like too much effort in this heat, the signatures handle it: ‘OT recovery’ (mango, banana and low-fat milk) and ‘short squeeze’ (orange, banana and honey) are both reliably good.

Time Out tip: Office workers – ‘RED-Y for work’ is your drink. Beetroot, apple, lime and guava.  Trust us, this one actually makes you feel ready to sit at a desk and do things.

Chevy Chase, 30 Silom 1 (BTS Sala Daeng), Silom Rd, Suriyawong. Open Mon-Sun, 7am-8pm
