Off Menu is back to tease your tastebuds. And here’s a first look at some of the delicious dishes to expect.

At this one-of-a-kind event, celebrated chefs come together to offer gastrophiles a novel and unforgettable dining experience. Basically, you’ll get to sample dishes that are rarely “on” the menu, whether they’re cooked with four hands or made with unexpected  ingredients and new twists.

Off Menu was originally created by Tatler in Hong Kong and became an event that food lovers would look forward to. The dining experience then expanded to other territories where Tatler has a presence, from Shanghai and Taipei to Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, where the first Off Menu event was held at The Peninsula Bangkok in 2021.

This year, Off Menu will return to the riverside hotel from 27 to 29 April, and will feature 13 renowned chefs cooking 10 exclusive dishes using local produce, plant-based ingredients, and innovative twists.

The chefs, who will team together at six different stations, include:

  1. Station 1: Amerigo Sesti and Yoan Martin of J’Aime at U Sathorn Bangkok, featuring Evelyn Yap from Happivore
  2. Station 2: Arnaud Dunand of Maison Dunand, featuring Narisara Malueangsin and Narubate Srisompost of Nordic-inspired dining room Løyrom
  3. Station 3: David Hartwig of one-Michelin-starred IGNIV at The St. Regis Bangkok, featuring Gerard Villaret Horcajo of one-Michelin-starred Elements at The Okura Prestige Bangkok
  4. Station 4: Henk Savelberg of the multi-awarded Savelberg, featuring Nutthapol Pavapaiboon of Wang Hinghoi
  5. Station 5: Thierry Drapeau of one-Michelin-starred Signature at VIE Hotel Bangkok, featuring Garima Arora of one-Michelin-starred Gaa
  6. Station 6: Ip Tang Ying of The Peninsula Bangkok

The dishes, which celebrate the juxtaposition of various contrasting ingredients, will be accompanied by creative cocktails by some of the kingdom’s best-known mixologists.

It’s a one-of-a-kind food event you wouldn’t want to miss. Book now to take advantage of early bird deals. Tickets (inclusive of 2 cocktails) are:

  • Early-bird ticket: B2,680 (until 31 March 2023)
