Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok introduces its new Winter Guestronomic Dining Journey, a seasonal tasting menu that explores the meeting point of Japanese precision and French haute cuisine. The menu moves through a refined sequence of winter-driven dishes, opening with Kansai region meji maguro paired with Oscietra caviar, chorizo and puffed corn ice cream, and continuing with compositions such as kohlrabi and green beans layered with Fuji apple, winter herbs and smoked eel. The journey deepens with surume ika stuffed with ama ebi in Provençale sauce, followed by topinambur custard with grilled unagi and Périgord black truffle. A Mont Blanc dessert of kuri chestnut, satsumaimo caramel and matcha biscuit ice cream closes the experience on a quietly indulgent note. It is a meticulous, season-led menu that reflects the restaurant’s Michelin-starred approach to technique, balance and storytelling.

Tasting menus from B3,700. Reserve via 02 687 9000. Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, The Okura Prestige Bangkok, Wireless Road. Starts January 15.
