Spearheaded by hip dance club BEAM and uber-cool lifestyle complex 72 Courtyard, BEAMFEST is a six-day event that’s spread over two weekends in November, promising delicious food, exciting fashion collaborations and the sickest DJ acts from around the globe. We expect you’ll want to do all of these.
The best things to do at BEAMFEST
Dance to beats from kick-ass DJs
BEAMFEST has joined forces with numerous music studios around the globe to bring some of the world’s most popular artists to Thailand. Wear your comfiest shoes to dance to beats from headliners such as: Flight Facilities, A$AP Nast, Cashmere Cat, Tiga, Derrick May, and Skream. Also joining the party are names like Falcons, No Regular Play, Swindail, and Teenage Mutants.
Feast on some of the city’s best culinary treats
BEAMFEST lures in gastrophiles with pop-ups by some of the city’s coolest eateries, including Smack n' Smokes, which is serving their signature fall-off- the-bone ribs, and Muiné, which is bringing authentic Vietnamese flavors to the house. But the real highlight is perhaps the Bangkok debut of Brooklyn-born, Michelin-recognized restaurant, Yuji Ramen.
Sip the coolest concoctions by the top cocktails bars in Bangkok (and elsewhere, too)
Raise your glass and join like-minded individuals in sipping cocktails from some of Bangkok’s most famous bars, including Thonglor favorite Backstage Bar, tropical-themed watering holes Tropic City and Pakalolo, and newly opened drinks den Thaipioka. Creative tipples from Singapore’s Jigger & Pony, twice named Asia’s Best Bar, step up the cocktail game.
Check out edgy fashion showcases and workshops
Cool fashion always makes a party more fun and BEAMFEST is no exception. Local fashion labels have collaborated with local artists to create unique collections that are exclusive to the event (see the first-ever collaboration between sneakerhead favorite Carnivals and Bangkok-based streetwear Takara Wong).
