Since summer-like weather seems to finally be settling in, it's time to hang out on patios and start dining al fresco. This Sunday, Sportsman's Club is kicking off its Sunday BBQ collaboration series with Bridgeport's newly-opened Kimski. For the uninitiated, the barbecue hosts chefs from restaurants all around the city on Sportsman's Club's back patio, serving up plates of food and a beer for $20. The beer will be a collaboration with Penrose called "Pitcher Beer," a sour (Penrose's specialty) that's light and tart but still thirst quenching.
Can't make it out on Sundays? The bar will also be hosting Publican Quality Meats on the first Thursday of every month from June through September, while Sportsman's Club friend Kevin Cowens will be firing up the grill every Tuesday all summer long. The bar will also be hosting additional weekday cookouts throughout the season, which will be announced via its Instagram.
