Think you can hang with Carmy, Sydney and the rest of The Bear crew? Well, here’s your chance.

FX’s hit series is currently looking for extras to appear in the upcoming season. According to 4 Star Casting, the company behind the hiring process, the show is on the hunt for registered nurses, infants and even a Porsche Cayenne. Filming will take place in early March or April.

Interested parties can head to 4 Star Casting’s Facebook page for more info, including pay rates, dates and other requirements. Applications will be accepted through the company’s website.

The Bear will return for its third season this June, according to FX. The show, which has racked up 10 Emmys, stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmen, an award-winning chef who comes home to Chicago to run his late brother’s Italian beef restaurant. He’s joined by an eclectic cast of characters, like ambitious sous-chef Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) and “cousin” Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach).

In addition to putting one of Chicago’s most iconic foods, the Italian beef sandwich, on the national radar, The Bear is also a love letter to the local dining scene. Many of the city’s top restaurants have been featured in the series, from Filipino hotspot Kasama and Curtis Duffy’s fine dining destination Ever to the country’s best pizza spot. And of course, The Original Beef of Chicagoland—the show’s fictional restaurant—is based on longstanding River North institution Mr. Beef.

So while fans still have to wait a few more months to see what’s going to happen inside their favorite on-screen kitchen, they have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immortalize themselves in the world of The Bear.
