‘COLLECTIVE | individuals’ is an art exhibition that sees seven diff erent art collectives working together. As the title suggests, the exhibition will explore the process of working within and between collectives while acknowledging the role of the individual in creating works.

The focal point of the exhibition is Titikmerah, a collective which shares an affi liation with the other six collectives involved – Foursome, Huagoshan, Make It Happen, Mekar Studio, Run Amok and Rumah Studio. The exhibition is curated by Titikmerah’s Ajim Juxta; Sharmin Parameswaran, a curator based at Interpr8 Art Space; and Xu Jen Teo, founder of Mampu Art Market.
