Nyoba Kan International Butoh Festival 2015: Half Man, Half Ghost

The poster exhibition features artworks on the theme of dialogue: ambiguous exchanges between Green Snake and the Monk, the Butterfly Lovers' farewell, Empress Dowager Cixi's powerful speech with the Forbidden City, the pillow talk between Tajomaru and the Samurai's wife, and the dialogue between Butoh and its audience. Serving as a multilevel discourse among photographers, graphic designers, calligraphers and Nyoba Kan members, the event is also a fundraising effort for the Nyoba Kan group to continue its creative journey.
