To the Abyss of Labyrinth

Presented by Soubi Sha, ‘To the Abyss of Labyrinth’ is a butoh-style experimental theatrical dance performance. Directed by butoh veteran Yumiko Yoshioka and actor-dancer Miguel Camarero, the performance explores the darker passages throughout our ‘inner labyrinth’ and the ‘light’ that guides us out of it. Starring Yumiko herself and a list of local dancers as well, this production calls for a complex interpretation of the different sounds and movements created by the artists on stage.
