The Mind of a Chef

Anthony Bourdain plays executive producer and narrator, but unlike his usual travel shows, this won’t be about him. Bourdain will instead be taking us into the mind of noted Korean-American chef and restaurateur, David Chang, who travels all over the world and takes on everything from ramen to rotting bananas. As Bourdain puts it, ‘Behind it all is the mind of a chef in overdrive. This show is a chance to explore that mind in all its tangled glory.’
