Alexis New Year�s Eve set menu

To start the meal, choices include cream of cauliflower soup, lobster tail with salad and smoked salmon with horseradish cream and salmon caviar. This is followed by your choice of their mains between the Black Angus beef, Moroccan style lamb rack roast and Chilean sea bass. As for desserts, choose either the chocolate nemesis with creme fraiche or mini Alexis pavlova with fresh berries.
