Battaglio wine dinner at Bijan

If you’ve had a Malay feast paired with wine, you’re about to. Begin the five-course dinner with Wagyu satay and chicken skin skewers marinated in herbs and spices followed by slow-cooked beef with kepayang sauce. The pre-main course is char-grilled marinated squid with spicy green chilli dip, while your main will be lamb cutlets in spiced black sauce with potatoes and tomatoes.
