Celebrity chef and co-founder Nobuyuki Matsuhisa together with Nobu KL’s executive chef have crafted a special seven-course omasake dinner with entries like taro tartar with caviar, lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing, umami sea bass and premium wagyu goma truffle. End with Nobu style cheesecake served with yuzu strawberry sorbet, raspberry foam and black goma soil. A la carte options are available as well.
