This Ramadhan, diners at Contango will be served with an array of Thai, Japanese, Western Grill and Italian fare, but of course this month’s highlight would be its Malay cuisine. Start off with appetisers such as botok-botok, kerabu mangga muda and tahu bakar with kuah rojak. Proceed to the main course with udang galah sambal tempoyak from Perak and ayam kerutuk from Kelantan. Cap it off with putu piring, tepung pelita, and asam gumpal for dessert.
