Celebrate this festive season with a Japanese touch. As a starter, you will be served five kinds of appetisers including a mixed mushroom salad with sesame dressing. This is followed by raw and steamed dishes of tuna and salmon caprpaccio and steamed cod fish egg custard with soft roe. You will then be given two choices for your mains: teppanyaki grilled wagyu sirloin or teppanyaki grilled lobster; both will be served with salmon fried rice and tobiko. Finally, green tea jelly with vanilla ice cream will be offered as dessert.
