The seasonal produce of the month – the awabi, live abalone – is handpicked by Chef Yanagida to be presented in variety of styles. You can look forward to devouring the tender and succulent flesh of sashimi abalone, followed by having its meat cooked in the heavier flavours of a teppanyaki dish or a teriyaki. Then, for a simpler recipe, enjoy the abalone’s natural taste when it is steamed and grilled, both with sauces on the side, as well as made into tempura. Available for lunch and dinner.
