Growing up, Ukrainian-born Anna Surovova was heavily influenced by her mother's love for food. A woman of many hats, Surovova holds a master's in Russian literature and is a 'raw chocolatier' as well as a writer and reiki master who teaches yoga and meditation. In this workshop, she will educate you on the differences between commercial and raw chocolate. By the end of the class, you'll get the chance to create your own. This workshop is limited to only 12 participants.
