Serena Brasserie Ramadhan buffet

As a tribute to the once-lauded hawker offerings along Jalan Binjai, this buffet will see similiar stalls manned by chefs who will whip up upgraded versions of roti John, satay, roasted lamb on spit and ayam golek. The spread also sees some wicked fish dishes, namely the gulai ikan (plumped with eggplant), ikan pari bakar and ikan assam pedas.
