For three days, Castello Banfi winery's resident chef Domenico Francone takes over the kitchen at Senja to present a menu of Tuscan-inspired dishes and classic Italian desserts. You will be treated to creations such as spinach and ricotta tortelli with butter and sage, sea bass cannolo with celery and rock melon, and traditional milk and chocolate croccante with caramel biscuit ice cream.
