This festive season, Chef Alessandro Graziosi presents his mouth-watering Italian four-course Christmas Eve menu, which includes Alaskan king crab marinated with acacia honey and fresh jalapeno, pistachio and white chocolate parfait with caramelised rhubarb as well as cannellini bean and clam chowder. The Tuscan-styled eatery’s BBQ brunch on Christmas day at the poolside also sounds enticing.
