Perhaps best known as the band that once had ex-Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr on their books, The Cribs first burst onto the scene in 2004 with a self-titled debut album that received favourable reviews. Synonymous with a melodious, lo-fi indie-rock sound, the West Yorkshire trio achieved considerable commercial success on 2007’s ‘Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever’.
