Blu Med leans towards Italian and Mediterranean influences, but is peppered with Japanese ingredients such as Marukoban fish and sea urchin. An Italian executive chef helms the stove, but the restaurant pulled in Japanese celebrity chef Yasuhiro Sasajima to oversee the menu. You can opt to order off Sasajmima's set lunch and dinner menus that start from RM50, or from the ala carte menu. Head upstairs for a more posh setting and elegant lighting.
