One of the pioneers of liquid nitrogen gelato in Malaysia, NBrew uses liquid nitrogen as a freezing agent to create its eggless, colouring-free gelatos on the spot, using a prepared mixture made up of milk and non-dairy cream. As a result, the gelatos are very rich – not the icy kind you’d eat at a picnic but a full-bodied, milky dessert that can be quite filling. Choose from flavours like popcorn, durian (it’s just like biting into the actual fruit) as well as chocolate; and top it off with crushed Oreos, walnuts or caramel syrup. NBrew makes a denser version of yoghurt too, and they also serve tea and coffee.
