Starhill Gallery’s annual timepiece and jewellery showcase is back for its ninth year and this year, ‘A Journey Through Time’ presents a specially curated menu. Some of the highlights from the a la carte menu includes beetroot cured salmon, seared Maine sea scallop, and baked cod fillet with herb risotto. If you like theatrics, get the Australian lamb loin – the whole dish is presented like a little playground with mint and muesli crust, stuffed tomato, honey, rosemary and edamame puree, and fig glaze.
