The four-course BBQ dinner is available in two versions. RM488nett per couple gets you a bottle of white or red wine while RM788nett includes a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte champagne. Dinner starts with Norwegian smoked salmon with citrus salad and horseradish dressing, farmed mushroom cream soup with truffle oil, and a main course of cod fish, beef tenderloin, beef sirloin, salmon fillet or spring chicken that will be barbecued at your table by a dedicated butler. For dessert, Venetian delight or Mascarpone cream cheese should sweeten the deal. If you're bringing in a troop of more than 50, the dinner will be priced at RM150nett per person and gives you sliced cold roasted beef with pickles and smoked turkey breast with pineapple salsa, along with broiler choices such as barbecued herb marinated lamb chop, mini striploin steak, chargrilled chicken and more.
