Chynna Chinese New Year menu

Usher in the prosperity of the New Year with one of Chynna’s five yee sang choices. Try the New Year of Rooster Lao Sang, which has strawberries, dragon fruit, jackfruit, pear and sweet and sour chicken. Then, move on to one of the four set menus
designed by chef Lam Hock Hin. Menu highlights include steamed giant grouper chunks
with green ginger gravy, braised Monk Jump Over the Wall with crab meat, chilled carol weed with ginseng and wolfberry, and more.
