Fook KL is going all out with an ambitious six-course Valentine's Day menu with contemporary dishes and modern techniques. You and your date will start off with an amuse bouche of salmon otak-otak with passion fruit caviar and rose-infused vapour. Other dishes to look forward to include grilled lobster tail, capsicum bisque and roast lamb loin. Dessert is a sweet lychee and rose mousse with mixed berries and baked chocolate puffs.
