Iketeru, Hilton KL will be introducing Sake dinner, a 5-course sake pairing menu. The menu will be exclusively created by Executive Chef Masami Okamoto whereby each dish is paired with a different sake.  

The first course starts with an appetiser paired with Kubota Senjyu, followed by Otsuruki with Kikumasamune Honjyozou Atsukan and Yakimono served with Koshi No Kanbai Muku on the third course. For the next course, relish in Nimono with Dai-Shinshu Karakuchi and lastly, Agemono to go with Hakkaisan Seishu. End your night with a dessert and Oshokuji. 

Available from Oct 1-10. Daily from 12pm-2.30pm, 6.30pm-10.30pm. Price RM500 nett per person.
